I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. He has been looking after my Cockapoo, Darcie, since April, and the care, dedication, and affection he shows her are truly exceptional.

Darcie enjoys daily walks with Richard and, on busier days when my schedule demands it, he is always happy to accommodate additional walks. His flexibility, reliability, and commitment give me complete peace of mind.

Richard consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of his service. I have absolute trust and confidence in him, and I know Darcie is always in the safest and most caring hands. The regular WhatsApp updates, photos, and videos he sends during her walks are wonderful and provide great reassurance that she is happy and enjoying herself.

What stands out most is the incredible bond Richard has built with Darcie. The excitement on her face whenever he arrives says it all. It is clear that he genuinely loves the dogs he cares for, and Darcie absolutely adores him.

Finding someone you trust completely with your beloved pet is rare, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Richard. He is professional, dependable, caring, and truly outstanding at what he does.

Finding someone you completely trust with your dog and your house keys can be daunting, but Richard has exceeded every single expectation. He is incredibly reliable, punctual, and genuinely loves what he does.

What makes Richard so special is how wonderful he is with multiple dogs in our family. He doesn't just walk our dog; he also takes care of my parents' / in-laws' dog , treating both of them with the same patience, care, and enthusiasm.

Both dogs absolutely adore him. The moment they hear his name or see him arrive, their tails start wagging uncontrollably. That level of pure excitement speaks louder than any review ever could!
